It comes with that original paperwork which shows the COA direct from the Packers and signed by their equipment manager Gordon Batty. Jersey is in EX condition with very little game wear. Name and numbers have been sewn on as well as the NFL shield at neck base. It has the year and neck size sewn in the collar (95-48) and is made by the company’Starter’ (Made in the USA by Ripon Athletic, Berlin Wisconsin for Starter) exclusively for the Packers as shown on the tag.
