As a Packers collector, this is a really rare and unique item containing the signatures of Johnny Blood McNally, Don Huston, and Ray Nitschke. While the ball has the great patina of hairline cracking and air loss, the Ray Nitschke and John Blood McNally signatures are among the best and stand out when that panel is displayed. The Don Hutson signature is more faded. Offered is a Wilson official football that reads PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME ENSHRINEMENT 1983 on the front panel. While no where near mint condition any longer, the fact that this ball has survived and was held not only by these legends, but those listed below makes it a rare item for any Packers or HOF collection. Sadly, there are not many Blood autographs out there on balls. Nitschke signed a lot, but a ball like this is much more rare. Plus, this ball has outstanding provenance with a letter from Gillmans family and JAS LOA from Albersheim. The ball is filled with autographs of other Hall of Famers Bronko Nagurski, Hank Stram, Bobby Bell, Mel Hein, Bill Willis, Gayle Sayers, Pete Rozelle, Dan Fortmann, George McAfee, Paul Warfield, Doug Atkins, and many others.
