I truly believe this cards condition is better than the current grade. Corners and edges are 9.5. Surface is 8.5. This i do not agree with. This card came uncirculated from Topps. It was never touched by anyone other than Topps and the grader did BGS as I was the only owner of this card 15 years ago. I do not see anything on the surface. Honestly it should be at least a 9.
