Comes with Captain’s patch, and 50th Anniversary of Lambeau. Patches are Heat pressed on, but the numbers and letters of the jersey are stitched!! Get the patches sewn for permanent application, but they are on pretty darn good for the time being. Best of luck, and thanks for looking!
